Enable/Disable USB drive

I want to Enable/Disable USB drive programatically .
I dont to use devcon.exe.

If anyone knows some API please tell me.

You can talk a look at Device Installation functions in the Windows Driver
Kit, or ask this question in more appropriate newsgroups devoted to devices.
