invoking web services dynamically at runtime

I am required to write a control that, among other things should have a property that specifies a web service, one that specifies the method to invoke and another that will hold the parameters.
My question is, how can I invoke the web service if i don't know which one it is until runtime? (the web service can also be a non-existent one)

    Thanks in advance.

I found a solution on msdn using a proxy class but I didn't quite understand it, as the code wasn't complete and it was in VB (I'm working with c#). And this is not a piece of homework. It's just an exercise I'm doing to get used to working with web services.

I would appreciate any ideas. I don't expect people to throw in the actual lines of code or something.

Sorry, I misunderstood. Anyway, I'm moving this question to the .NET forum, in asp classic we only use scripting languages, usually vbScript. good luck
