IBM WebShpere

has anyone downloaded the IBM webshpere environment.... ......i have
trouble installing it. the files are all downloaded, i don't quite
know how to install them.......ther e's no exe file. there are just 9
files and i don't know how to install them.

can anyone help at all ?

How are those 9 files called?

I tried to find the trail version but all I got was a:
"Database error: Please try again later"
