error while opening report

hi guys

if i try to open a report which is developed in crystal 10 im getting an error like system.Runtime. InteropServices .COMException: Failed to load database information.
Details: The database DLL 'crdb_adoplus.d ll' could not be loaded.Error in File C:\WINDOWS\TEMP \rptmac_Working Abstract_Datewi se {7C37CA32-B09C-4783-AA42-4F6CBA65E97C}.r pt:
Failed to load database information.

Welcome to TSDN. So why did it fail to load database information?
