COM from C# in Outlook

Can someone provide me with an example of how to do com interaction in C# and provide a good reference for the objects contained in Microsoft Outlook. I have done this before with Microsoft Excel and Perl but I have no experience using C# and Outlook. I would like to automate some email sorting. Thanks!

Use VSTO 2005 SE to work with msoffice using c#.
