Removing Blank Text object space in crystal report

I am allowing users to select two months for the period.I have created 12 labels for 12 months.
Suppose if user selects Feb to Apr.Only those labels and data should is displayed.Other labels and data is suppressed(Jan, Mar,May,.....,D ec are suppressed)

Now the problem is that what I have suppressed is causing blank spaces.I want to remove those and adjust report accordingly.

Any help is appreciated.

What do you mean suppressed? If you hide the labels they should not leave any spaces.

You should be able to go into the section expert and say "suppress if blank". Are the sections that they are choosing displayed vertically or horizontally? If they are being displayed vertically, the "suppress if blank" should work fine.
