Setup Issue

Hello guys,
Actually i have made application in vb.net and now i have created its setup also in vb.net but in that now i want to launch one application before installation starts and it should be continued until the installation ends...so kindly tell me how to do this..its urgent...

Ya Exactly..and that application should be running till installation completes so likes parallel processing
