page has expired when using upload server control

hi all

i am using server upload control and other server controls. Once the page is posted back to server by any of other server controls, the page gets expired. So if i move to the page using browser back or forward button, it shows the message saying . "page has expired" "press refresh to resubmit the page...."

can any one help to this problem

But this problem not occur when i run my application in mozilla firefox 2. But i need solution in IE 6.
