calculate memory usage of a c# program

I just wanted to ask you all how can i find the memory consumed by my program solution...actu ally i have an assignment to find different solutions and compare performance and memory usage...please explain me how to do it in VISUAL STUDIO 2005...
any help will be greatly appreciated.
