Listbox and ContextMenuStrip in Vb.Net 2005

For whatever reason, I can't get a ContextMenuStri p to appear when I right-click a listbox. I've assigned the ContextMenuStri p1 to ContentMenuStri p in my listbox but the menu never shows. ideas?
