Not able to dispaly ToolTip on a disabled button.

Hi all,

I want to show tooltip when the mouse cursor is moved on the button which is disabled, in VC++ we can achieve this by overriding PreTranslateMes sage().
but i dont know how to do this in c#.NET if anyone knows plese reply to this.
