indentation C# code sample/library

Hi,

Given a paragraph of free text, I would like to indent / break it
nicely into selected lenght, let say 250pixels or 50 characters. I do
try to write the C# code but it is not easy, with some difficult to
solve glitches. Is there any code sample/library doing that in C# or
VB.net?
