Installating a project

Hi All,
My team and I have developed a project which is ready to be delivered to a client shortly.The project was developed in Visual C#.Net on VS 2005. Now that we are ready to deliver the project, none of us are familiar about how this could be done. Do we need to create an .msi file and burn it to a DVD/CD and install on the client machine? If this is the only way could someone walk us through the steps for making one?

Note:
1.The project has up to 20 WinForms inolved with databases (MS-Access)
2.The client machine does not have Visual Studio installed on it. Do we have to install .Net framework before making our project run on that machine?

There are several ways for this,but the best way according to me is:

1. you first need to install visual studio on the client machine..
2. Open your project,go to the dropdownlist at the top where "Debug" is selected by default and change it to release.
3. Build the project
4. An .exe file is created in the bin/release folder of the project.
5. Now remote access the client machine.
6. Open the command prompt from the visual studio .net tools.
7. Copy and paste the release folder containing the.exe file and also the .config file in the client machine.
8. In the command prompt select the location where you want to install the project and then give the command "installuti l <location of the exe file>" and press enter.
9. The project will be installed.

The other way is:

1. Open your project,go to the dropdownlist at the top where "Debug" is selected by default and change it to release.

4. Burn this .exe file along with the .config file into a CD/DVD.
