I am trying to download a program to Unseal sealed PDF documents that I need
to view and print for a class I am taking. When I download the UnSealer it
appears to download fine but when I go to then install it I receive an error
saying that I do not have access the the file C\Documents and Settings\All
Users\Documents .
The error tells me to log in an the administer and try again - well all
three users on my system have administor rights so I don't know what else to
do. I tried to get to the file through Explore - which also denies me access
when I double click it - and if I right click it does not give me any option
to allow for access.
I would appreciate any help. Thx
