Hi I have a Arabic text in c# that is exactly "ãÍãÏ" and I read it from a file
It is equal to "محمد" .because it was saved in a file with ANSI encoding , its format became incorrect format
I want to encode "ãÍãÏ" to "محمد"until I get it with its correct format .
How can I do this?
