I loaded Visual Studio on both my home and my laptop computers, but only my
laptop has a full help section. My PC has a very limited section maybe 2-3
pages long whereas my laptop has hundreds. I have checked the setting on the
PC and they look OK. Why can 2 indentical installations show different
results? Any ideas how to repair it?
