    Format Xml Document in VS2005

On advice of Stan Kitsis on this forum, I was able to format in VS an XML
document by Selecting Edit / Advanced / Format document. It worked. But now
I am attempting to do the same thing again, with the same xml document, and
the format command is no longer on the list. When I press Ctrl-K, Ctrl-D, a
message on the status bar says "The key combination (Ctrl+K, Ctrl+D is bound
to command (Format Document) which is not currently available."

So how do I cause that command to be available again?

    Thanks,

    Randy Neall

Forget it. I had forgotten I was in a debugging session at the time.
