There is not enough space on the disk to run application

Hi Christine,

pls tell me on how to help you when you have a almost full / out-of-space physical disk? what is you OS? when was the last time you preformed disk maintenance process.. i.e scandisk, disk fragmentation and so on?

kindly perform these maintenance process.. make sure you have atleast 100MB free space available on you disk to be able to compile and execute and applicaiton.. coz during the compilation process. the compiler produces other related as well.. good luck my fren.. :)

thank you for your reply.My OS is "Windows Server 2003" and i never do any disk maintenance process before.This is because i never know i have to do all this kind of process,sorry.
Actually what is the disk maintenance process ?how many time i have to do and when i have to do it???
if i do it now is it too late to me????
Actually this application is my ex-senior put all this applciation in the c drive and he dont want to put in other d,e,f,drive when he have all this kind drive.Haihyo,ve ry headache.That also my worst that i dont know how to maintan the disk space.
Somemore the disk clean also run very slow when i run it.
is it i have to run the disk clean ?????
Sometime the server can running out the whole application but sometime it can not display out and said it is not enough disk space.It also display this error message when i run the application such as below:

Hi Christine,

there is no specific schedule to perform disk maintenance utility.. there are few such utility comes with bundled Microsoft Products, i.e. scandisk, defrag, diskcleaner..

scandisk - is used to mark bad sector(s) on your physical disk
defrag - is used to rearrange files on the physical disk location
diskcleaner - is used to recycle unused and temporary files located in the system temporary path.

since you were talking abt other disk partitions such the, d,e,f.. why don't you move your application to which ever partition that has enough disk space. well.. it works too.. take care and good luck my fren..

Yesterday i already ask my collegue who are technical support to clean others unused files and he already help me to move the file to other partition.

Anyway,i am Malaysian and not the india girl is chinese girl.

Disk Full for running application

i have the same problem..but
i can access the other application at the same server without getting error message?
so how this happen?
is it something that makes it the error like that
