Asp .net Error

Hi Everyone,

I am facing a problem in my work for past 1 month with ASP .NET
as the problem is seen in Event Viewer of my windows 2000
server. The complete Event Message is: "aspnet_wp. exe could
not be started. The error code for the failure is 80004005. This
error can be caused when the worker process account has
insufficient rights to read the .NET Framework files. Please
ensure that the .NET Framework is correctly installed and that
the ACLs on the installation directory allow access to the
configured account. "

Did you check whether the ASPNET user account is not locked.
Because of a some reason this user may be locked.

hai guys if you are not yet get resolved of this problem pls do the following shortcut it will work i have tried it.pls change the

entry 'http://localhost/MyTestWeb' to 'http://your machine name/MyTestWeb' on the path.
