Problem with CRL Update

[client crl]

I have a CA and i revoke my client Certfiicate and after i got the CRL from
the CA and install it .
the problem after i install the crl my Client still can acess to my webservice
and look for IIS update and so on ...
i need that in .net or just to update my IIS
pleas help me
