I have 2 frameworks installed in my system v1.0.3705 and v1.1.4322

Please help me as soon as possible

Hi Sai,

This might be a problem in the XML Service Pack which is fixed in XML 3.0
Service Pack 1.

Hi..

When exactly its failing? where? You need to give little more details with
snippet where its failing ..

Are you developing ASP.Net web project? If yes, try changing .Net framework
version to latest in "properties " section under "ASP.Net" tab.
