setupdb.dll error whiling installing

I tried to reinstall Visual Studio .NET Enterprise
Developer on my desktop

but then it gives an error saying "Unable to load
setupdb.dll. Setup cannot continue."

I don't know what this is. Please leave an comment for
help. Thank you
