Modified date not updating

[Per Forsgren]

On the Start Page / Projects tab page there is a date column showing the
date for the latest change. Of some reason this date has stopped being
updateted for existing projects. Any ideas of why the date isn't updated.
From where does the date origin, and can it be fixed?
