Additionally, I was able to have the timer thread take on
the identity of a domain user. It was quite simple
actually. Modify machine.config, make sure certain folders
can be accessed by the specified domain user ID, and my
app sitting on Server A can read and write to a folder on
Server B. It was such a simple thing, that I couldn't
accept that there was nothing that could be done.
