    Webservice Namespace

    Hi

    My web service resides at
http://www.mydomain.com/staff/staffws/StaffWS.asmx. The web method itself is
called GetStaffDiary() . What is the namespace I should use at the top of the
    web service?

    Thanks

    Regards

    Re: Webservice Namespace

You can use any namespace you want. Namespaces look like URL's, but aren't
actual URL's that you can navigate to. Typically, it is something like
    http://www.MyCompany.com/SomethingSpecific.

      namespaces are URNs.

      and no need to cross-post

        Re: Webservice Namespace

Actually, namespaces must be (as defined by the W3C) a URI. URL's and URN's
both are forms of URI's, but since most people aren't familliar with URN
        syntax, URL's are generally used.
