Access violation... ???

Hi,

While debugging an ATL AciveX embedded in an
InternetExplore r IExplorer.exe
generate alot of Access-Violations, this also happens when
my AX is not
loaded e.g. when starting the IE at "about:blan k"

Why does this happen? why does the IE raise those
exceptions???
