MySQL error 1042: Unable to connect to any of the specified MySQL hosts.

I am installing the SQL server with the latest 8.0 sql community installer. At Apply Configuration - Starting the server appears:

MySQL error 1042: Unable to connect to any of the specified MySQL hosts.
Failed to connect to MySQL Server 8.0.16 after 10 attempts.
Ended configuration step: Starting the server

Tried port 3306 and 33066
using localhost
DB Admin

Need help

Can you successfully Ping your host, if not then try checking your firewall settings to make sure that the ports are not blocked...

If you can ping - can you connect using workbench?
