mysql error 1130

I installed mysql on my lap top and tried to run mysql Administrator. But it displays mysql 1130 error after I gave the computer name and the user name and password I provided during the istallation. Is there any one who can support me?

Your MySQL user does not allowed from connect from the specified host. Are you connecting from the same computer?
