how to create stored procedure from client machine in MYSQL

hi all,

I want to know how to create stored procedure from clinet when i try it says error. but i can able to create same in server. Looking for nice reply,......

ERROR

ACCESS DENIED FOR USER 'root@'%' to database test

Note:
I can able to create,update,d elete tables. Also i can able to create database from there.

You also need the CREATE ROUTINE privilege. See MySQL doc for other privileges and restrictions on stored procedures.
