    Simply Accounting Design forms

    I bought simply accounting pro for my business and ordered the checks and invoices.But when I print the checks our company name print over our the spot where our companyn name is already on the checks. I go into simply form designer and it lets my edit the checks but in printer options when I try to use the form I edited it says the file was damaged. I spent almost 200.00 dollars on checks I can't even use please help!!

    Hi there,

    Didnt you call the supplier/vendor regarding this matter? I think they will have a better solutions. To me it looks like an error has occured while editing the form. Maybe the software developer might be the best ppl to assist you.

      Since I have no idea what softare package you are referring to, it is hard to say anything sensible about it. However, we can have a look at the output of the form designer.

      If this form print config or template is a simple file we might be able to say anything about it, but don''t expect too much because it is quite possible that it is an encoded or binary file.

      But, when it is a normal text file, show it here and we'll give it a try.
