How to upgrade my mobile OS win7 To win8 ?

I was tring for long time to upgrade windows on my mobile phone to win7 to windows 8 so any one can help me on this ?

That depends on the phone and if it's compatible with windows mobile 8. Usually, if it is, the cell manufacturer will release an update if it hasn't already.
