Really depends on what part of the world. In the US they lack a lot of the latest phones, but they tend to be very reasonable in pricing and they have options that cater to you. If you're a heavy texter, or more talker. And they also have no contract plans. Which saves a lot of money and lock in hassles that some of the larger carriers throw at you.
