How to me to flash my nokia 5130c-2

I am using nokia5130xm. my music player and browser has been currepted. I want to flash it. which is best software i can use?
Somebody suggested me to use phoenix. But i dont know where i can get it. If anybody know please send me direct download link. I am waiting for your reply. Please help me
