How to manually install dual screen api in android sdk??????

I downloaded android sdk and successfully installed it. i want to know how i can install the zip which i downloaded for dual screen api in my android sdk. please just go in android sdk folder. then in add-ons and tell the folder name for dual screen api. and please also tell me the extras folder where i can install the extras api.

i've just solved the problem by pasting the file in temp folder and installing its package with sdk manager. it will automatically found the file and unzip and install it. it will work with any file or component for android sdk. thanks......
