How to change tollfree number in exist application

My application is "Smart dialer " and also am trainer,that application is installed in HTC mobile,
now I want to change the tollfree number in that mobile device.

How can I change it?

I am not too sure what you mean here? Is this a setting in windows mobile you are looking to change or something within your application?
