while running the Linux script getting the error but the same script is running by other member its working fine for him

Please share the complete command line that you are using to invoke (un)zip (more information on what you are actually doing is welcome too! because creating a zip-file should be simple)

Did you check if the user who's getting the error has enough right to add this file to a zip?
