How to decode tar.uue package on Red Hat?

I want to install software called "gensca.tar.uue ". But i cannot decode on red hat using "uudecode" command. Can any one pls advice how to decode ? or which package supports?

What error are you getting?
Do you have the sharutils package installed? (rpm -qa | grep -i sharutils)
