Linux Cent Os installation error

When i triod to install cent os in my computer the following error occoured.
kernel panic not syncing .How to solve this problem? need help.

1) Is this for private use? Then the answer is Ubuntu.
2) Are you installing from a liveCD? had the same error, just re download the latest stable version (well depends on the machine you're using) and reinstall it.
3) Check this out, read a little on what that error means and maybe you'll understand what's that you're doing wrong.
