about the command 'map'

how to use the vim "map" command to map the key F10 to insert
current date and time in the following format
YYYY-MM-DD

You may want to check this documentation. I tested for a bit and found this command:

:map <F10> a<C-R>=strftime("%Y-%m-%d")<CR><Esc>
