An error has occured- no valid devices were found on which to create a new file system. Please check hard ware from the cause of this problem.
I consulted with some other people they suggest me its due to RAID driver.

    4. Hard disk - Samsung hard disc drive, 160GB

Do you have a RAID array set up?

So you have your RAID array set up, and your hard drive is correctly showing in the RAID configuration.

When you go through the RedHat installer, and you get to the partitioning segment, there should be a RAID button there.

I have never installed RHEL on a server with RAID, however, RHEL comes with some very decent phone support, that is why you pay for the OS, after all.
