What files needs to be changed to create users with NULL password?..I have changed the files in aix,hp,solaris ...so that it is allowing password with zero length..but I guess for NULL password it wont ask for a password...

Why do you want to allow users giving no password? Isn't that a major security hole? -
Would it be sufficient, to have users with autologons or do you want several users, which just don't have to enter a password? (Although I do agree, that is a security risk. If you do so, give those users very limited rights.(Sandbox ?))
