apt-get error

Hi,
When i try to install the Mozilla NSS development package, i got the following error. How can i resolve this?

root@dvm-desktop:/home/dvm/mono/moon# apt-get install  mozilla-nss-devel

Package mozilla-nss-devel is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
