I am unsure what you mean by "system image list." Could you please elaborate?

I believe this is actually a C/C++ question - it's a program to help create GUIs. As far as I can tell, it's in the wxGenericImage object, but I haven't worked with it enough to be able to recommend how to proceed accessing it.
