Call JavaScript functions from an iframe

Hi,

I have used a rich text editor in my application. I got it from one of the site.all are JS files.

My problem is, i want to call two javascript function from the iframe.i am a novice learner and i need anybody's help to overcome this problem.can anybody help me?

could you give a simplified example to show the problem a bit more clearly? as i understand you have a page with an iframe. the page loaded into the iframe has some functions that you want to call from the parent page? or the other way round? are both pages served from the same or from different domains?
