      To Gits:

I first created the entire project in Flash but it took far to long to download.
So I broke each scene into separate pages (6 pages one of the pages has a movie clip then there is one scene that has 6 scene within itself called Theater )

I then went in DreamWeaver and decided to make template with a menu bar which also holds the audio (.wav) I used Plugin to create the audio
So the audio only plays on the home page and I want the audio to play throughout the website unless the user clicks on the Theater button and it stops so the user can view the videos.

      Note
I create a menu bar in Flash and it works fine. But if I place the menu.swf in Dreamweaver and I view the pages on a browser it does not work right the two .swf files loads at different times. The hard part is after the user views the theater section and click to another page I want the audio to reload and play

I tried using a 2 frame site, but I can not get the menu to work, the files only load to the bottom frame.

      I hope that made sense.
You can view my project if you wish just let me know and I will send it privately to you.

hmmm ... i don't know whether i understand it correct ... but in case you reload the page the audio is reloaded too. so on every page load the lifecycle starts again ... when using a frame then only the other frames could be reloaded ... and you could use javascript to stop/start the audio when needed ... you could use a two framed page and might set one frame to hidden where the audio-object plays and the other action takes place in the visible frame ... from where you might control the other one ...
