Change language in input field

hi to all

i want to give an option to user that whether he can insert input in english or in arabic(after selecting arabic by a button or check list) in text input field.

how can i do this.

i need to know if i am not clear in my question

usually the OS takes care about how to insert the appropriate characters. language detection is something different though.
