load grid from combobox

hello everyone,
i have a problem that i want to display charity name and select and view link according to the selection of category combo box.I think it is only possible with ajax.I have done it but problem is that i want that onmouseover on the charityname the description of charity from the database is also displayed as a tooltip box.How it is done?

You might need to fire the AJAX request on mouse over.
I'll move it to Javascript forum for now.
