Tooltips are generally related to mouseover/mouseouts.
You can maybe trigger it to happen on the focus/blur events?

Did you remember to edit the files to match your naming conventions, since they seemed to rely on "hardcoded" names

                            Hi Plater,
I have tried to change the naming conventions of js file and css file but the files are very large and very hard to understand as well as to change... so what can i do now ?

Look for another webpage to "borrow" code from?
I think that this is really javascript question, i will move it there.
