JavaScript / DHTML Menu transparency & special effects not working in Firefox

Please help!

this is the website:

in the Services Drop-down menu in IE the transparency of the sub-menu is showing but when you check this on Firefox there's no transparency plus no fading effects.

it seems that you use a commercial widget-set here (sothink widgets 3.1?) ... the actual version is 5.2 so may be you could upgrade or we could dive into the code and adapt it ... search for opacity, trans in the script - to create transparency you should use something like this
