Floating Layers

Hi,
Wondering if anyone can point me to a good script for multiple floating
layers.

My idea is to create a toggle help, so that I can float multiple images on a
page to highlight things like navigation and other useful features on said
page.

Spent hours searching and alas, although I've found some results nothing is
really fitting the bill.

Anyone?
